S & A Property Research has an excellent right of way department. Our field right-of-way personnel use Magellan GPS units to accurately record rights-of-way, well spots, and other points of interest. This data is then easily integrated into GIS and shown on the map. The Mapping department works closely with our right-of-way personnel in this regard, which drastically improves efficiency and accuracy.
We have a reporting system that relays the information to the client accurately and in real time. We have a combined team of professional landman with decades of experience that work closely with the landowners and the operators.
